The idea for Career Compass began as a thought in the mind of our CEO, Preeti Mehra. With a diverse academic background and corporate career, Mrs. Mehra envisioned a way to revolutionize career counselling.
While working as an educational consultant, Mrs. Mehra noticed a critical gap in career counselling. Psychometric assessments were underutilized, and counselors lacked the expertise to align results with real-world opportunities.
Determined to solve this issue, Mrs. Mehra designed a unique counselling model. It blends psychology, personal interests, and a sharp understanding of education and corporate trends, bridging the gap between assessments and actionable career insights.
What started as an idea is now Career Compass Services, a trusted partner for students, graduates, and professionals of all ages, guiding them through the complexities of modern careers with personalized support and actionable strategies.
